Norton moves

NORTON is moving its production facility to the stately Donington Hall and the surrounding 25-acre estate.

Donington Hall is the former HQ of BMI. Norton has bought it from BMI owners British Airways. Norton CEO Stuart Garner said the purchase is the first step in Norton’s planned expansion.

“Donington Hall conjures up a uniquely British way to show style, strength and quality which are all great attributes of the Norton brand.”

Norton, or at least Stuart Garner must be making some money to make such a purchase, but little if any of that money is coming from Australian buyers seeing there’s no official Norton dealers here.
