MV AGUSTA has released an iPhone app which can be used to change tuning and suspension settings on the Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso.
The iPhone app communicates with the motorcycle via Bluetooth technology, providing a user interface to set custom engine map settings, including engine braking, throttle sensitivity, engine response, engine torque and rpm limiting.
The Turismo Veloce app can also be used to configure rebound and compression on the Lusso by a graphic tool for the front and rear wheels seen in the video below.
Engine tuning and suspension settings can be saved as user settings for the Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso – this means the rider can easily select solo or pillion settings, and also have settings for different styles of riding.
The Turismo Veloce app also takes advantage of GPS technology, which provides the rider with a detailed map of a ride which includes information from the bike’s speed, throttle, brake, lean angle, gear selection, trip time and distance sensors.
